Christian Education / Formation
Spiritual Growth is a life long project, and one to which we are called to participate in regularly. Here we offer several opportunities for all ages to engage and grow.
All scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that everyone who belongs to God may be proficient, equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3.16-17
This church school meets in the Christian Education wing on the first and third Sunday of each month at 9:00 a.m., September through May.
This activity for all ages meets 2nd and 4th Sundays at 11:15 in the library (off the parish hall/undercroft, teens in their room)) for a different but equally fantastic time of learning and crafts for children preschool through 5th grade (older children are have a separate class).
Dedicated teams of teachers offer 45 minute times of fun, fellowship and focus on the Bible, the church, and prayer so they will have this core as a tool on their lifelong journeys.
For our Discover curriculum we are offering the following:
Preschoolers and K - 1-- Godly Play: a hands on storytelling curriculum with snack and art activities.
Elementary ages -- GROW: This is a workbook packet and video series that presents Bible stories in a fun and entertaining format.
Teens: Spark Exploring the people of the Bible
9:15 to 9:45 Roundtable in the library
11:15 - 12:00 The Adult Forum
